The second track “Building Resilient health systems in times of crisis” is organized in collaboration with the European Space Agency – ESA and supported by United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA).
This track will explore how digital health tools can strengthen national systems in fragile and unstable contexts. We will highlight Geneva Digital Health Hub (gdhub) outposts in Mali, Nepal and Kyrgyzstan, as well as insights from high-level speakers.

Over the past 20 years, Stéphane has been engineering information systems to support public health programs. He spent a decade at the World Health Organization, followed by another decade at Novel-T, a Geneva-based software engineering company specializing in geospatial technologies for public health.
We are also pleased to introduce Novel-T as a sponsor of this year’s edition.
The company has a strong track record in designing, developing, and deploying geospatial solutions and information systems across public health and other sectors. Their areas of expertise include custom software development, data engineering, and infrastructure management.
